Program Description
Sales Bridge Partners, LLC may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service-related communications, customer support communications, account-related communications, and follow-up communications.
Some communications, including phone calls and text messages, may be pre-recorded, conducted, or assisted by artificial intelligence (“AI”) systems or automated technologies.

Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Sales Bridge Partners, LLC to send text messages and phone calls to your mobile number, including pre-recorded messages and communications conducted or assisted by AI systems or automated technologies where permitted by law.

Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (702) 766-6018. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Opt In Again
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

Message Frequency and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services, including appointment scheduling, customer support, service-related communications, and account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
Sales Bridge Partners, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services or communications programs, including but not limited to delayed or undelivered messages, technical errors, or interruptions in service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to our services in the preceding three months.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
